Global Professionals act both as agents for ATOL protected principals and as principals ourselves. Where we act as principals in our own right your money is protected by means of our own ATOL licence (ATOL number 6238) and will receive our own ATOL confirmation invoice upon booking. Where our own packages are sold this will be made clear before a booking is entered into and our own booking conditions will apply, a copy of which is available on our website or which can be sent by fax or email to you. The air holidays shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Where we act as agent on behalf of other licensed tour operators we will provide you with the confirmation invoice from that operator, which will itself detail the operator’s ATOL number (in the case of air inclusive holidays) or ABTA / PSA number in the case of cruise only arrangements. In this case you will be bound by our ABTA RETAIL agency terms and the Principal’s own booking conditions as found in their brochures.
